AISI 304 ISO 49-1994 (E) CL150 Stainless Steel Cast Threaded Reducing Tee
Steel pipe tee has three branches that can change fluid direction. It has T-shaped or Y-shaped, and include Equal Tee and Reducing Tee (Reducer Tee). Steel tee is widely used in pipe networks for convey liquids and gases.
Product Information
A stainless steel cast threaded reducing tee is a pipe fitting that allows for the connection of three pipes of different sizes in a piping system. This type of tee fitting features female threads on all three ends, with one end being larger in diameter than the other two, facilitating the transition between different pipe sizes.
These fittings are typically made of stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance, durability, and strength. Common stainless steel grades used include 304 and 316.

The SAE/ANSI 304 (AISI 304) is the most commonly available and used type of stainless steel. It is also referred to as 18/8 stainless steel, A2 stainless steel (as per the ISO 3506), or 304S15 (as per the British Standard). This is an austenitic chromium-nickel alloy which practically means that it has a very high corrosion resistance. It is also nonmagnetic and can’t be hardened through heat treatment. As AISI 304 can withstand extremely corrosive environments and can be shaped, machined and welded relatively easy, it is very popular for a wide range of applications.
